my journey of seeking beauty began during a time
when everything seemed to be spiraling in my life.
instead of creating gratitude lists to change my focus,
i took my camera and searched for beauty each day.
this seeking brought so much to {appreciate} into my life.
it taught me to see with new eyes. beauty was everywhere.
i noticed details in nature that i would have never seen
if i had not slowed down to truly see.
& the light. oh, the beautiful light.
then i began turning the camera on myself
to seek & appreciate my own beauty.
a life changing journey through my lens.
